HOW TO RECYCLE

  • Place all recyclable items in your TDS recycle bin. We will not service other containers

  • Rinse out recyclable items and place the lids in the garbage.

  • Crush cans and plastic containers to allow for more items in the recycle bin and avoid overflowing.

  • Place paper products on top of the other items in the bin.

  • Place your recycle bin at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on your service day.

  • Place your recycle bin at least 3 feet away from your trash cart.

  • Avoid an overflowing recycle bin on pick-up day.

On windy days, place a brick or other heavy object on top of your paper products. Note: We do not recycle wet paper. It will not be accepted on rainy days.

Non-recyclable items will be left in the bin after collection. Please be a good neighbor and consult your Recycling Guidelines when in doubt.
